Felt at home thanks to the attentive staff.
The hot water issue was not resolved for three days, leading to uncomfortable and frustrating showers. The pillows were uncomfortably large, causing neck stiffness throughout my stay. Overall, the service was disappointing, undermining the potential enjoyment of the otherwise nice apartment.

We stayed in the Apartment with Balcony for 5 nights, and it was fantastic! The apartment was spacious and well decorated, with a cozy corner perfect for relaxing after a day out. The cleaning service was top-notch, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere while still being close to vibrant restaurants in the Condesa area.
None to mention.

Chill vibes and comfy beds!
We loved the apartment with terrace! Super cozy and well-decorated. Spent nice evenings on the patio. perfect for unwinding. The bed was super comfy! It's quiet, but, being on the ground floor, it could use a bit more light. Came across a sweet outdoor dining area too, perfect for breakfast but food options were a bit limited.

cozy, cozy, cozy
The apartment with terrace was like my own little sanctuary! 🌿 I loved hanging out in the quaint little patio, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning. The bed was so comfy. I felt like I was on a cloud after long days exploring the vibrant neighborhood!

missingWrote a review on Oct 13poor servicedisappointing breakfast
stayed in an Apartment Terrace, and I was definitely underwhelmed. the ‘light breakfast’ consisted only of stale coffee and few sad fruits, absolutely not worthy of a luxury stay. Also, they didn't seem to care when I had no hot water for days. if you want a decent apology, don’t hold your breath here!

It was just a balanced option for a brief pause in Mexico City with very good value for money. I especially enjoyed the outdoor dining area, which was a nice spot to relax after exploring the city. Bring your own pillows for more comfort.

Had an amazing girls trip here and our room was just perfect with a lovely terrace and all the amenities we needed. The sun terrace and BBQ facilities were great for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Just a bit of noise from a neighboring room, but it didn’t ruin our awesome experience! 🌟
